All About Janis

I have been selling residential real estate since 1998, and have seen the many changes in the industry. I believe I can help my clients because of my understanding of the current conditions of this ever changing real estate market. It is important to keep learning and understanding what the needs of buyers and sellers have as they change with the market. “I am dedicated to assist and guide my clients to successfully sell or purchase residential real estate, and at the same time keep my clients wishes, cares, and dreams at the forefront.”

I was raised on the East Side of St. Paul, and attended St Cloud State University where I received my BS in education. In 1987 I began coaching the Johnson HS swim teams and have been head coach ever since. I am on the Johnson Alumni Governor’s Club board. I teach two water aerobics classes each week at Life Time Fitness in Woodbury. I like to stay involved in the communities in which I sell real estate. I absolutely have passion and enjoy everything I do!

I am a mother of two teenage boys. Ryan is a senior at Tartan HS, and Nick is a sophomore at Tartan HS in Oakdale. I have totally enjoyed being the hockey and baseball mom. I am fortunate to have such wonderful children and see them in all their activities. We have a 4 year old Doberman named Caesar who is the world’s silliest 120 lb. lap dog.
