Please know how much you have done to help me and Tom through this ordeal. Without your kindness and friendship, your knowledge of the business and your capability to deal with individuals that have strong personalities; you were ablet o tsell our side-by-side duplex which was owned by a family member on one side and Tom and I on the other side. It worked for all paties in the end when we wanted to get the property sold. You had to consider the family member's personality and work with how to instruct and gain her trust so she could see that the sale of the property was the best decision to make for both parties.

You were chosen by her but you could see that she wasn't ready for a move. When you came again at a later date she was ready to get this house sold than the first time. you just stayed constant with a nudge to get a new owner and all parties could move forward.
